The first thing we want to know is the threat — and the second is the optics. A discreet single operator in a charcoal suit is not the same job as a four-person residence team in earpieces; both are jobs we take.
Our roster is small. Every operator holds an in-date SIA front-line licence and has come through one of three pipelines: UK Special Forces (SBS / SAS), the Royal Military Police close-protection cadre, or the Metropolitan Police personal-protection branch.
We brief in person or by phone, write up a deployment plan, and bill by shift or by week. Insurance, vehicles, comms, and travel logistics included.
