We ship boutique pieces worldwide. Every parcel is fully insured for its replacement value and leaves our boutique with signature-on-delivery as the default. We never use unbranded courier services for high-value pieces.
By-hand delivery · London
For London addresses, by-hand delivery is complimentary on all boutique orders. A courier in a dark suit, soft-cased, on a same-day or next-day window of your choosing. See the By-Hand Delivery service for detail.
UK · outside London
Sent overnight by fully-insured private courier (Royal Mail Special Delivery Tracked or equivalent). Complimentary on orders above £1,000. £14 below that.
Europe
Sent by DHL or FedEx Priority — typically two to four working days. DDP (duty paid by us at point of sale) is available on request; the alternative is DAP (duties payable on receipt). We will quote each on the order confirmation.
Rest of world
Sent by DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or, for certain regions, an in-region partner of our choice. Three to seven working days, depending on customs. Duties are usually payable by the recipient; we can quote DDP for any destination on request.
What we do not ship
We do not ship to any country or person on the UK sanctions list. We may decline an order at any time if shipping it would breach UK export controls — in which case we refund in full.
Watches and high-value pieces
Pieces above £25,000 are shipped only by named courier or in person. We will write to confirm the handover arrangement before dispatch. Photo ID is checked on receipt.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a piece does not arrive within the expected window, write to us within thirty days and we will open an investigation and dispatch a replacement or refund as appropriate. Damage in transit follows the seventy-two-hour photo-report rule in our Returns Policy.
