These terms apply when you buy from the boutique, request a concierge service, or book a villa through Fabriqe. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By placing an order or request, you agree to them.
1. About us
FBQ Ltd, trading as Fabriqe, is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our company number, VAT number, and registered office are available on request.
2. The boutique
Every piece listed in the boutique is authenticated in-house before listing. Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Stock counts are live, but in rare cases a piece may be reserved between your add-to-bag and checkout — if so, we will write to you within a day with options.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy and Refunds Policy. Pre-orders are subject to our Pre-Order Policy.
3. Drops
Drops are allocation-limited releases sold through fabriqe.com/drops. Reserving a Drop commits the piece to you against a finite allocation. Payment at reservation may represent the full price (for in-stock pieces), a deposit (with balance due on dispatch), or a placeholder that secures your slot while we confirm the final freight quote on your behalf — the specific structure is shown on the Drop page before you pay.
Cancellation of a Drop reservation:
- Within 24 hours of reservation: full refund, no questions asked. Email cs@fabriqe.com or message us on WhatsApp; we issue the refund within one working day.
- 24 hours to 14 days: the statutory cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies. We refund the reservation price less any reasonable costs already incurred on your behalf, which may include concierge time spent confirming your delivery address and finalising the freight quote, non-refundable freight bookings already placed, customs paperwork already prepared, and any non-refundable supplier charges. Where these costs apply, we will set them out before processing the refund.
- After dispatch: cancellation is no longer available. Returns of dispatched Drops are limited to faulty or misrepresented items and follow our Returns Policy.
Hand-delivered Drops require signature on receipt and photo ID verification from the named purchaser at delivery. Customers who refuse identity verification or refuse to sign for receipt may have the delivery rescheduled. After a second refusal, we reserve the right to refund the order less reasonable handling and freight costs.
White-glove freight Drops are quoted after reservation. The reservation price secures the allocation; the final freight cost is bespoke to your destination and is confirmed by our concierge before any freight charge is processed. You may decline the freight quote and we will refund the reservation price in full.
4. The concierge
Concierge services — personal shopping, chauffeured cars, close protection, by-hand delivery, and private mail — are quoted on application. Quotations are valid for seven days and binding on us only once payment is received. Cancellation terms are set on each quotation.
5. The villas
Each villa booking is subject to a separate confirmation that sets out the cancellation, deposit and balance terms. Damage caused during a stay is the responsibility of the lead guest.
6. Payment
We accept card payments through Stripe and Shopify Payments. For larger bookings and bespoke orders we accept bank transfer and, by arrangement, other methods. Pre-order and villa deposit payments are taken in full at the point of order.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability under or in connection with any single order or service is limited to the price you paid for that order or service.
8. Anti-money-laundering and sanctions
For high-value purchases we may carry out customer due diligence in line with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. We reserve the right to decline any transaction that would breach UK sanctions or anti-money-laundering law, and to retain any documentation we are required to retain by law.
9. Intellectual property
The Fabriqe name, marks, photography and written content on fabriqe.com belong to FBQ Ltd. Product names and images shown in the boutique remain the property of the respective makers.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the date you placed it. We will not change terms retroactively.
11. Disputes
The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these terms, save that you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence if you are a consumer.
