We accept returns of eligible boutique items within fourteen daysof delivery, in line with the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We are happy to arrange a discreet collection from any London address.
Eligible items
- Watches, bags, clothing, footwear and accessories purchased from the boutique;
- Items returned in their original condition — unworn, unmarked, all original tags, boxes, papers and authentication cards intact;
- Items returned within fourteen days of delivery.
Items we cannot accept
- Pre-orders — see our Pre-Order Policy. Pre-orders are non-refundable once payment is taken because we commit to the maker on your behalf.
- Perfumes and fragrances — once the seal is broken, on hygiene grounds.
- Personalised, engraved or bespoke items — sized, embossed, engraved, monogrammed or made-to-order.
- Concierge services — chauffeur hours, close protection details, by-hand delivery and private mail are services performed; they cannot be “returned”. Refunds for services follow our Refunds Policy.
- Villa bookings — governed by the cancellation terms on your specific booking; not covered by this policy.
How to return
- Write to concierge@fabriqe.com with your order reference and a short note on which piece and why.
- Within one working day, our concierge will reply with one of two options:
- A complimentary by-hand collection from any London address (most clients); or
- A prepaid, fully-insured courier label for everywhere else.
- Once we receive the item, our boutique team checks it against the original condition. This usually takes one to three working days.
- We refund to the original payment method within a further three working days. See Refunds for timing detail.
Return shipping
For UK addresses, we cover return shipping. For international returns, return shipping is at the client's expense unless the piece arrived damaged or not as described.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or different to what was ordered, write to us within seventy-two hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange immediate collection and full refund or replacement at your option, including all shipping costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If a piece develops a fault within thirty days of receipt that is not down to wear or misuse, you have a right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Write to us and we will arrange collection.
