Our private-mail service is exactly that — a real W1 address you can use on your driving licence, your bank correspondence, your business cards. It is not a virtual office; mail is opened, scanned, and handled in person by people who know your file.

Most members are international: globally mobile residents whose home postal services are unreliable or insecure; expatriates who need a stable UK touch-point for banks, regulators, professional subscriptions and family correspondence; businesses that want a Mayfair postcode without a lease.

Three tiers: Standard (scan & forward), Storage (parcels held), and Concierge (we open, action, and reply on your written authority). All members are KYC-reviewed at sign-up; the service is operated strictly within UK and international sanctions law.

Mail handling

Every letter scanned the day it arrives. Secure portal access from anywhere in the world. Originals shredded or forwarded weekly — your choice, default shred-after-30-days.

Parcels

Signed-for delivery accepted up to 30kg. Stored in our climate-controlled room (watches, perfumes, vintage). Generous holding period included; longer storage by arrangement.

Forwarding, worldwide

Weekly UK forward by tracked courier (included in all tiers). International forwarding on cost-plus to any jurisdiction permitted by UK law. Bulk forwarding before travel arranged on 48h notice.

Compliance & discretion

Every member is KYC-reviewed at onboarding and accounts are periodically refreshed. We operate within UK and international sanctions law and cannot accept forwarding requests that would breach prevailing regulation. Member identities are held in confidence.
