The quiet courier.

4 March 2026 · 3 min read

By-hand delivery is the least photographed of our services. We've made it that way on purpose.

A courier of ours has, in any given week, carried a Patek to a Soho hotel, a perfume to a Mayfair flat, a wedding ring across the Thames, and a set of villa keys from London to Marrakech. The piece is rarely the story. The story is that the client did not have to be there.

We dress the role accordingly. A dark suit, a soft case, no badges, no logos. When a courier arrives, they greet the receiving party by surname, hand over the piece, wait the seconds it takes to confirm, and leave. There is no upsell, no card, no QR code, no instruction.

What we are selling, when we sell by-hand delivery, is a quietness. The piece arrives. Nothing else does.
